When you request the free eBook
We collect your email address and the signup information recorded by our email provider, such as form source, signup and confirmation times, IP address, and your selected interests. We use this information to confirm your request, deliver the eBook, maintain consent records, and prevent abuse.
The cleaning-tips and membership-offers checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Requesting the free eBook does not require you to buy membership or agree to promotional emails.
Providers and technical data
MailerLite processes signup and email-delivery information for us. The free PDF is hosted through MailerLite's file-storage service. Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and forwards mail sent to our business address to our Gmail inbox. These providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy terms also apply: MailerLite, Cloudflare, and Google.
Hosting and security services process routine technical data, including IP addresses, browser information, and access logs. The email form may use cookies or similar technologies needed for signup and abuse prevention. MailerLite may process delivery, open, click and unsubscribe activity to operate email communications and measure their performance.
Unsubscribe and your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in our emails to stop subscribed email communications. You can keep the free PDF. Contact us to withdraw marketing consent, request access or correction, or request deletion. We may retain limited suppression information to honor an unsubscribe request and avoid contacting you again.
Retention and sharing
We retain subscriber information while needed to deliver requested resources and, if you opt in, provide email updates. We review information when an unsubscribe or deletion request is received and retain only information still needed for suppression, security, applicable obligations, or resolving disputes. We do not sell subscriber email addresses. We share information with the providers needed to operate these services and when required by applicable law.
Payments
Membership enrollment is not open. This preview does not accept payments. Test payment activity is kept separate from the free eBook signup.
